In order to become a member, you must first have your initial series of 4-6 FLEX Sessions. The initial series is done weekly, and the membership sessions are once a month for maintenance. During your initial series, we can discuss which membership option (3, 6, or 12-month commitment) works best for your goals! The more months you commit to, the better the perks included!
