What are Body Roll Sessions?
Body Roll Sessions at Gobare Studio are a non-invasive solution to weight loss, cellulite removal, smoother skin, lymphatic drainage, and recovery. It uses infra-red, color therapy, and specially designed deep tissue massage rollers to give you a transformative health experience in one 45-minute session.
Lymphatic massage not only results in detoxification. It also helps relieves muscle tension and is one of the best recovery tools you can use for the rehabilitation of sore muscles from athletic exertion.
Developed in Poland in 1997, and steadily became more popular in the United States starting in 2017. Entire businesses began to emerge dedicated to the lymphatic rolling, popping up in LA, NY, and Miami. Clients that regularly have sessions are addicted to the results and we are so excited to bring this to our menu!

How Often Should You Roll?
We recommend 10 regular, 45-minute sessions to start, 2-3 times/week, followed by a single, weekly session. 45 and 20-minute sessions will be available. 20-minute sessions are best to target specific areas and for rollers who are familiar with the movements.
What to Expct During Your Session
Clients should begin with a 45-minute session to familiarize themselves with the machine and its positions. A staff member will set you up and talk you through everything you need to get started. We will always be on hand for any questions that may arise. The machine will take you through 15 different positions, 3-minutes each. You will find positions you absolutely love, and ones that feel tickleish, or a tad spicy! Once you become familiar and return for more sessions, you will be able to do the positions you want to during your visits!
Once you feel "ready to roll." we will leave you to enjoy your session!
How Do I Prepare for a Roll Session?
- Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to ensure you don't feel rushed and are relaxed for your roll.
- Arrive hydrated and be sure that you have not just eaten a large meal.
- Wear comfortable gym attire WITHOUT buttons, strings, or zippers that may harm the machine. We recommend long pants and long sleeve shirts for both men and women
- Wear socks, and tie up your long hair if needed.
- Bring earbuds or headphones to enjoy your own music, podcasts, or meditations. You can also scroll on social media or watch a program-always with headphones of course (we want to respect our neighbors rolling nearby)!

How Will I Feel After?
Once your session is over, you will feel warm, loose, and relaxed. It's very important to drink water to continue the detoxification process that you just underwent. Toxins will be flushed out, and not drinking enough water can result in headaches, dizziness, or even nausea.

- Package of 10 Rolls and 10 Red Light Therapy Sessions with infrared for $700.
