 Proper hydration is essential for optimal results! Make sure to hydrate for at least two days before your treatment, aiming for a minimum of half your body weight in fluid ounces of water per day. If you consume alcohol or caffeinated beverages, add an extra 8 ounces of water for each drink. Maintaining hydration is just as important after your treatment—continue drinking the recommended amount of water for at least four days.

If your treatment includes the eye area and you wear contact lenses, please remove them beforehand. You can put them back in immediately after your session.
