Our membership includes 1 Monthly FLEX Session to maintain clients' muscle gains from their initial FLEX series of 6, as well as to continue to see refined results!  Muscle gains can be lost over time, the old "use it or lose it" due to physiologic atrophy,  We want to give our clients an easy way to maintain their gains!  Nothing is going to replace healthy habits like good nutrition and exercising regularly.  FLEX can speed up and enhance desired results.  

(*Sessions range from 45-15 minutes depending on the client's fitness conditon.)
